Start Your Online Application
Click the Start Application button on this page or the university portal to begin your journey. You will be securely redirected to the official registration system of Yogmaya Himalayan Ayurveda University.

Register as a New User
Create an account using a valid, active email address that you check regularly. An email verification link will be sent immediately—check your inbox and spam/junk folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
Pro tip: Use a professional email address (avoid temporary or shared emails) to prevent future communication issues.

Verify Email & Set Password
Click the verification link in your email to confirm your account. Then, create a strong, secure password to fully activate your student profile.
Pro tip: Choose a password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols—at least 12 characters long.

Complete Phone Number Verification
Enter your mobile number to receive a one-time password (OTP). Input the OTP to verify. If you don’t receive it, use the Resend OTP option (wait 60 seconds between attempts).
Pro tip: Make sure your phone number is active and can receive SMS. International numbers may require additional verification.

Log In & Build Your Student Profile
Access your dashboard with your email and password. Complete all sections: personal details, contact information, educational history, and upload supporting documents. Add multiple academic records if applicable. Review everything in the Summary tab before final submission.
Pro tip: Double-check spellings, dates, and uploads—errors here can delay profile approval.

Profile Review & University Approval
The admissions team carefully reviews your submitted profile and documents. You will receive an email notification with the status: approved, rejected (with reasons), or requests for clarification. If rejected, correct and resubmit before the deadline.
Pro tip: Monitor your email (including spam) frequently during this stage—processing typically takes a few days to two weeks.

Entrance Exam Registration & Payment
Once approved, access the Register Exam section. View any applicable examination fees, complete payment, and upload proof (voucher or transaction screenshot). Finish registration to receive your confirmation email and exam details.
Pro tip: Keep payment receipts safe. Exam dates, syllabus, and centers will be communicated via email and dashboard.
